Sila Services is growing in Stoneham, and we’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who know how to diagnose a system, take care of the customer, and get the job done right.
And right now, we’re offering up to a $5,000 signing bonus for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Work on furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC, air handlers, and other residential equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control issues
- Explain your findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
- Provide customers with options and recommendations based on their needs
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and replacements
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
- Deliver the kind of customer experience that keeps people calling Sila
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA 608 Certification
- Experience with gas furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting electrical and low-voltage systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Someone dependable, professional, and proud of the work they do
