- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- SNF experience required

- Schedule: M-F; 8 hours
- Flex schedule available and required when needed
- Point of service documentation required
