This contract role provides speech-language pathology assistant services to middle school students in North Dighton, Massachusetts. The position is 36 weeks long, part-time at up to $40 per hour, and requires an SLPA license and at least one year of related experience. The role supports students' communication needs through therapy activities, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver SLPA services to middle school students in a school setting
Assist in implementing IEPs under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Support students' communication needs through therapy activities and documentation
Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
Qualifications:
SLPA license
Minimum 1 year of experience in related skills
Ability to work part-time, 10 hours per week, day shift
Successful completion of background checks
Reliable transportation
Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
