Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- DPT
- Physical Therapist license in MI required to start
- HEP B required
- TB required
- Flu required
- Tdap required
Assignment Details
- Monday–Friday schedule.
- Two late shifts required.
- Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Productivity expectation is 48 patients per week.
- Evaluation times range from 30 to 60 minutes.
- Patient population includes adult orthopedic, sports medicine, and some neurological patients.
- Cases include musculoskeletal conditions.
- Documentation system: NextGen.
- Potential floating to another clinic may be requested, but it is not mandatory.
