Join our veterinary rehabilitation team in our brand new 42,000 sq ft hospital in Falmouth, Maine, and work alongside a Board-Certified Veterinarian in Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. Whether helping a beloved pet regain mobility after surgery or supporting a canine athlete on the road back to peak performance, you ll play a hands-on role in helping patients move better, feel better, and live better.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: Four 10-hour weekdays
- Example schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 8:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Schedule may vary as the service grows; flexibility appreciated
- Some holidays required
- $25 $38+/hour, based on experience and licensure
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus

What We re Looking For
- Maine veterinary technician license in good standing or transferable CVT/RVT
- 1 3 years of LVT/CVT experience preferred
- Canine rehabilitation training or certification preferred, but not required (CCRP, CCRT, CCAT, VTS)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate closely with surgery, neurology, and other hospital services
- Comfortable handling and supporting patients of all sizes and mobility levels; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
What You ll Do
You ll be an integral part of patient care, including:
- Assisting with lameness evaluations, diagnostics, sedation, imaging, lab work, and procedures such as joint injections
- Providing nursing care and prescribed rehabilitation for inpatient and outpatient patients
- Performing rehabilitation modalities including underwater treadmill, laser therapy, and shockwave
- Safely transferring and supporting patients with significant mobility limitations
- Fitting and using mobility aids such as canine carts and Help Em Up harnesses
- Managing patient intake and discharge
- Maintaining rehabilitation equipment and supplies
