Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a licensed PT
- Must have outpatient experience
- Fingerprints must be submitted and cleared prior to start
- Must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff
Assignment Details
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Weekend rotation required for inpatient coverage
- Setting includes inpatient and outpatient
