About the Position
Our client is seeking a dependable CDL A Driver for local operations in Little Rock. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to join a driver-focused team. Four openings are available, with potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $1,255–$1,405 per week
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, with some Sundays
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Temp to perm
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the role.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
