About the Position
Our client is seeking local Box Truck Drivers in Flint, Michigan. This is a home-daily delivery opportunity transporting mail between postal facilities with light-touch freight. Drivers will operate a 26-foot box truck while receiving support and benefits through TransForce.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay rate: $25.61 per hour
- Health and wellness benefit: $6.16
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Schedules vary
- Morning, afternoon, and night start times available
- Local routes with daily home time
- Temp-to-perm employment opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
- Pick up and deliver mail at postal facilities
- Complete local deliveries safely and efficiently
- Follow all applicable transportation and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
