About the Position
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Flatbed Drivers to support local operations in Richmond, California. This dedicated opportunity offers consistent local routes, a weekday schedule, and no-touch freight.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $30 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start time: 5:00 a.m.
- Typical shift length: 8 to 10 hours, with occasional longer days based on workload
- Hours per week: 40
- Employment type: Dedicated
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes.
- Transport construction materials in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
- Secure flatbed freight using straps.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Perform required job-related handling and securement tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A license.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable flatbed driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
