About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A or B Driver to support local flatbed operations in Leesburg, Virginia. This temporary-to-permanent position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $281 per day
- Weekly earnings: $1,690
- Schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday
- Hours per week: 40
- Home time: Daily

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a flatbed truck equipped with a Moffett on local routes.
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform required handling tasks, including unloading freight with a Moffett at delivery sites.
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including operating a Moffett and securing and storing straps and other equipment.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A or CDL B license.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Flatbed and Moffett equipment experience.
- No endorsements required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
