About the Position
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local operations for our client in Youngstown, Ohio. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule
- Average pay: $1,300 per week
- Weekly pay range: $1,200–$1,500
- Pay structure: $0.70 per mile, $30 per stop, and $25 per drop and hook
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start time: Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment type: Temp-to-perm

Key Responsibilities
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
