About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced CDL A Truck Driver for a local, light-touch delivery position in Boston. This role involves transporting food products from warehouses to local food banks throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and areas reaching the New Hampshire border.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $31.30 per hour
- Overtime: After 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start Time: Between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.
- End Time: Approximately 3:30 p.m.
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Temp-to-perm
Job Details

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL A commercial vehicle on local delivery routes.
- Transport food products from warehouses to food banks.
- Complete approximately 3–5 deliveries per day.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Maintain compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations.
- Provide professional and dependable service at each delivery location.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Valid CDL A.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
