Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Shelbyville, Illinois offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in a skilled nursing facility setting.
