Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Willingness to work Days shift with M-F flexible hours and 4x10-hour scheduling options.
- Experience or comfort treating general orthopedic conditions across the lifespan, ages 5+ through 90+.
- Ability to complete 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups in a 1:1 care model, managing a typical daily caseload of ~13–14 patients on a 10-hour day.
- Comfort using Empower EMR, including AI transcription and dictation features.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, manage difficult situations, and act as a mediator with patients and team members.
- Open to new graduates and clinicians with less than three years of experience.
- For candidates interested in leadership, willingness to assume Clinic Director responsibilities, including initial oversight of one aide and future growth to a team of clinicians, aides, and front desk staff.
