Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years
- Must have WA license. OR license is also needed and may be obtained after starting with WA
Assignment Details
- Schedule: M - F 8 - 5
- Territory includes Walla Walla County, the lower part of Columbia County, and up to 60 miles into Umatilla County
