Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- HCHB is a requirement.
- At least one year of recent home health experience.
Assignment Details
- 8-hour shifts.
- Monday through Friday.
- Coverage may be needed across multiple counties in the area.
- Minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
- Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
