CDL-A Team Driver Job Overview

- Team pay built to add up. Teams earn a base pay of 68-74CPM combined (34-37CPM per driver) for all miles on every load. Estimated annual earnings range from $100,000 to $130,000 per driver ($200,000 - $260,000 per team), depending on miles driven, route and experience.*
- Bonuses that add up. Sign-on bonus, layover pay, detention pay, and clean inspection incentives are available in addition to base pay to reward performance and time on the road. Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications.*

Actual pay depends on experience, miles driven and performance. The wage scale and benefits described above reflect what Smokey Point Distributing reasonably expects to offer for this position as of the date of this posting.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1+ year OTR experience OR 6+ months flatbed experience
