You will support hiring initiatives across a diverse range of client environments, including healthcare, technology, customer service, manufacturing, corporate, and commercial operations.

What We Offer
Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing a portfolio of staffing needs across multiple client locations and business sectors. This position owns the recruitment lifecycle from requisition planning through onboarding and serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner to operational leaders.
Success in this position requires the ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity, build candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through hire.
Key Responsibiiities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across multiple locations
- Partner with District Managers, Branch Leadership, and Site Managers to identify current and future staffing needs
- Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Develop candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Prepare and extend job offers
- Maintain candidate engagement through regular communication and follow-up
- Track recruiting activity and staffing needs to ensure timely hiring results
Talent Acquisition & Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
- Develop recruiting strategies tailored to healthcare, technology, customer service, and commercial client environments
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with workforce development organizations, colleges, military programs, and community partners
- Promote the Securitas brand and employee value proposition in local markets

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Additional hours as needed for hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives
- Flexibility available based on business needs
