Fraud Call Center Representative
Location: 2822 General Hudnell Dr., San Antonio, TX 78266 (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday
Job Summary:
We’re hiring an Onsite Fraud Call Center Representative in San Antonio, TX to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Banking or financial services experience

Training Requirements:
- Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Weeks 2–3 supported call handling).
- Maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses.
