Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- LTC experience required
- Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association with a degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Eligible for or holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Proficient with MS Office and Epic\EMR software
- Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
