Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Physical Therapist professional license in Massachusetts required
- 1 year home care experience required
- 1 year certified home care experience required
- 1 year case management experience required
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800-1630
- Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks
- Travel to patient cases as assigned is required
