Program Supervisor, IDD Services in Science Hill
Also known as Group Home Manager
Pay: $15.50/hour
🕒 Schedules Available:
Full-Time: 32+ hrs. Must have FULL schedule availability for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and 12–16 hour shifts
⚠️ Requirements:
- Must have a full valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months post intermediate/permit and reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
- Must be able to provide full caregiver support, including meal prep, medication assistance, housekeeping, personal care, transfers, and total care using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
⚠️ Please Note:
We do not offer traditional Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16-hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM), Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), Varying hours depending on staffing needs
