About the Position
TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A drivers for a local delivery position in Three Way, Tennessee. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering competitive weekly pay, consistent scheduling, automatic equipment, and no-touch freight.
Pay & Schedule
- Guaranteed pay: $1,355 per week
- Up to $1,505 per week with extra board
- Pay rate: $24.97 per hour
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
- Typical workday: 8 to 14 hours
- Hours per week: 40
- Employment type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely on local delivery routes.
- Complete scheduled deliveries Tuesday through Saturday.
- Operate automatic trucks and manage no-touch freight in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
- Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations while performing driving duties.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
