What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
- Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
- Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and deliver solutions that address the root cause, not just the symptom
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and members.
- Build long-term trust with customers. Our most successful technicians are also our most customer focused.
- Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Highlights of the Job
- Earn between $55,000 - $80,000/year along with SPIFFS on top of your hourly rate.
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for joining our team

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- EPA Certification
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoor environments, and on ladders.
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
