Dental Hygienist – $5,000 Signing Bonus
Hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus an uncapped bonus plan

Position Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Current Arizona Dental Hygienist License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Applicable local certifications, including anesthesia certification as required
