Dedicated Driver Overview

Pay that performs on every mile. Earn 70CPM on every mile, with average weekly miles of 2,500 for steady, reliable earnings.*
Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA.
Pay that adds up beyond the mile. Earn $75 driver assist pay per load plus $30 per drop, giving you more ways to boost your paycheck on every run.
Home time you can plan around. Run a dedicated schedule that gets you home every 7-10 days, with consistent routes you'll come to know well.
Consistent routes built around you. Run dedicated freight with familiar lanes and customers, bringing predictability to your week.
Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
