This is a business-to-business independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position. Contractors maintain autonomy over their practice, including their schedule and caseload, while accessing Hope Network's operational, credentialing, technology, and billing support.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care and referrals with relevant community resources.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
- Active Michigan licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLP, LLPt, LPC, LLPC, LMFT).
- Experience delivering mental health therapy services (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while adhering to professional ethics and legal standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Contractors manage their own tax obligations, liability insurance, and benefits.
- This engagement is a contractual business-to-business relationship, not an employment arrangement.
