Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current permanent New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required.
- Acute care experience required.
- 2+ years of experience required.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1630.
- Primarily outpatient setting with float to inpatient as needed.
