Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Platform Integration Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Platform Integration Engineer, you will be an integral part of the engineering department supporting innovative platform development initiatives. Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 (Onsite)
What's the Job?
- Lead the end-to-end bringup of iRDK on the Mediatek C-X1 platform, from EVK reference to custom iRDK board.
- Own the software stack bring-up, including bootloader, kernel, BSP, and middleware integration.
- Serve as the primary technical interface with Mediatek for platform enablement and escalation management.
- Drive platform characterization activities such as performance, stability, and thermal profiling.
- Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and decision documentation to project leadership.
What's Needed?
- Experience with platform bring-up and embedded system development.
- Strong understanding of software stack components including bootloader, kernel, and middleware.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in performance and stability testing methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate start availability.
