Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings

- Schedule: 0800-1630
- Work days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
- Open to 4x10s
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week
- Assignment length: 13 to 26 weeks
- EMR: Raintree
- 3 hours of HealthStream modules required prior to start
