Responsibilities- Demonstrate strong leadership and team building skills
- Effectively implement directives, policies, and procedures
- Maintain efficient operation of the office to achieve performance goals
- Effectively coach and resolve staff and patient issues
Qualifications- Two plus years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
- Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
