Shift 1st Shift
Description This is a 1st shift position with a starting pay rate of $19.00/hour.
- Perform inventory cycle count.
- Receive parts deliveries at loading dock and into inventory in the Maintenance Parts Room.
- Aid mechanics in finding the correct parts.
- Ensure all changes to the inventory are made promptly and accurately.
- Perform general organizational and data entry tasks.
- Perform other tasks as directed.
Requirements Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Proficient in Word and Excel; comfortable learning and using inventory control software. Organized, excellent time management, and attention to detail. Reliable; excellent attendance. Willingness and ability to grow and learn additional skills. Able to adapt to new duties quickly and work independently.
Physical Requirements - Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
- Frequently sit for long periods.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
- May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
- Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
