Join a well-established, multi-office pediatric dental and orthodontic group serving Phoenix’s West Valley. We are seeking an Orthodontist to step into a thriving orthodontic program with an established patient base, built-in referrals, and experienced clinical support.
An immediate start is preferred, but we are flexible for the right candidate. A transition period with the current orthodontist is available to help ensure a smooth handoff and continuity of patient care.

Compensation & Schedule
- $1,500–$1,800 guaranteed daily rate, based on experience
- Transition to a percentage of collections, whichever is greater, as the program grows
- 16–20 clinical days per month
- One office per day
- Rotate between offices in Surprise, Avondale, and Peoria
- No evenings or weekends
- Strong long-term earning potential

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment for pediatric and adolescent patients
- Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage patients through all phases of orthodontic treatment
- Perform orthodontic consultations and treatment planning
- Utilize Empower self-ligating brackets, Invisalign, and two-phase orthodontic treatment
- Collaborate with board-certified pediatric dentists to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited Orthodontic Residency
- Active Arizona dental license or eligibility with licensure in progress
- ABO Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
