Our growing dental office is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, supportive, and team-oriented practice. We are a full-scope general dental office with a team of 9 plus 1 doctor.
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team player who enjoys building patient relationships, manages time well, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Dog lovers welcome! 🐶
Schedule
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | Fridays Off
Part-Time Considered | Minimum 2 Days per Week
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM unpaid daily
Compensation & Benefits
$40–$48 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Active RDH license
- Local Anesthesia license
- CPR certification
- Child Abuse certification/clearance
- 2+ years of dental hygiene experience preferred — Exceptional new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist with sterilization and other office needs
RDH Duties Include
- Scaling and polishing
- Scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Arestin placements
- Digital X-rays
- Sealants and fluoride treatments
- Whitening
- Oral cancer screenings
- Patient education, including oral hygiene and diet
- Eaglesoft documentation
- Infection control and sterilization
