Our client, a leader in public utilities management, is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to join their team. As a Utilities Project Manager, you will be part of the Utilities Department supporting water and sewer infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$83,000 - $185,000
What's the Job?
- Manage the design and construction of public utility projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Oversee contracts related to engineering, design, project management, and construction services.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including customers, Town departments, outside agencies, and contractors.
- Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely project completion.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil engineering construction or construction management, with at least three (3) years focused on water and wastewater systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, project management, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office, ProCore, and asset management tools.
