HOURS: SHIFT 2nd 3:30pm-12:00am

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS(COMPETENCIES):

Skills:
- Ability to read and write.
- Work overtime as required, in emergency situations or when prior notification is given by management.
- Physical Demands: This position has an occasional lifting requirement (0-33%). Other physical activities include Frequent bending/reaching/stooping (34 – 66%) Frequent walking/standing/climbing (34 – 66%)
- Work Environment: Warehouse and outside environments, which include seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, conveyors and snow removal.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all tasks in accordance with all OSHA and Facility safety guidelines.
- The ability to process recyclables, including but not limited to cardboard & plastics.
- The ability to pick up, process and resupply all hazardous material satellite locations.
- Pick up and process trash and properly dispose of daily from all gaylords.
- Once trained, the ability to work, maintain and operate the cardboard bailers and load bales.
- Work with staff during inclement weather that includes manual snow removal, ice removal and salting when needed.
- Document and report furniture/fixtures damaged or missing to the Facility Services Manager.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted for accurate updating.
- Assist in any PM or repair as necessary or directed by department lead or manager
- Operate mobile scissor lifts.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervision/Management.
- Overtime demands- seasonal and heavy promotional times require overtime regularly, up to and including weekends.
- Operate Motorized Floor Sweeper/Scrubber.
- Operate PIT Battery Changer, maintain PIT Batteries and Charging Systems.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
- Be able to be trained and operate a PIT, Counter-balance fork truck and obtain a license.
- Greet vendors/contractors at Lobby and escort to Facility Services shop or location where services are to be performed.
- Operate tote wash machine, and associated equipment.
- Provide adequate list of inventoried items as needed.
- Ability to cross-train and perform to standard in various functions as required by Management within the department.
- Operate Disinfecting/Sanitizing Equipment throughout facility.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $25.65
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
