Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You’ll be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of IR Tech experience with references
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Graduate from AMA approved accredited Radiologic Technologist programs
- BLS certification
- State license
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic or cardiovascular technology
- ARRT-R with VI or CV credential, or RCIS, required
- Experience with advanced interventional vascular procedures, including pulmonary thrombectomy, AAA, TEVAR, and FEVAR
- Experience using specialty devices including laser, penumbra, Inari, and shockwave
- Knowledge of x-ray equipment troubleshooting, radiation safety, vascular anatomy, sterile technique, and access site management
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- On-call required, including weekends and holidays
- Hospital-provided dress code
