Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Missouri Pharmacist Licensure required
- BLS from AHA only required
- 1 year of experience required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required during the facility's stated season. Declinations are not accepted.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700-1900
- Shift days: Friday - Sunday
- Weekend hours as required by facility
- Call requirements as required by facility
- Float requirements as required by facility
- EMR: EPIC
