Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year home health experience
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
Assignment Details
- 40 hours per week.
- Shift hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Shift days: Monday through Friday.
- No on-call requirement.
- Weekend rotation required.
- Coverage area includes King County and Snohomish County.
- May float to other nearby agencies as needed.
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
- Productivity expectation: minimum 31 points.
