Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health Experience
- HCHB Experience
- DPT
Assignment Details
- Full-time schedule.
- No on-call or weekend requirement.
- Coverage area includes Olympia and the surrounding area.
- Responsibilities include OASIS, admits, evaluations, discharges, and oversight of PTA.
- Productivity expectation: 30.
