This position is perfect for a nurse who enjoys organization, autonomy, and collaboration. While you'll serve as the facility's medical team administrator, this role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees.
š Job Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate and oversee daily healthcare operations within the facility
ā¢ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
ā¢ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards
ā¢ Collaborate with providers, correctional staff, and Southern Health Partners leadership to ensure continuity of care
ā¢ Monitor quality initiatives and support a safe, efficient healthcare environment
ā¢ Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
