Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
- Coverage area includes North Snohomish County, including North Marysville, Granite Falls, Arlington, Camano Island, and Stanwood.
- Weekend rotation required.
- Potential availability on observed holidays required.
- Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed.
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

Location Highlights
Arlington, Washington offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel routes. Downtown Arlington is about 15 miles from the Stillaguamish River and the city is near the Centennial Trail, a 30-mile paved route used for walking and biking. Camano Island is reachable in about 30 minutes and offers waterfront parks, beaches, and views of Puget Sound. North Cascades National Park can be reached in roughly 2 hours, giving travelers access to hiking, alpine scenery, and wilderness recreation.
