Job Details
This local CDL A yard and shuttle driver role is based in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and pays $32 per hour. You will move trailers between nearby facilities, complete yard moves, and spot trailers in a no-touch operation. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a consistent local assignment with dedicated support from the TransForce team.
Pay & Schedule
- $32 per hour
- Estimated weekly gross of $1600
- Monday through Friday
- 2:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Local work in Bolingbrook, Illinois
What You'll Be Doing
- Shuttle trailers between a cross dock and a parts distribution center.
- Move, spot, and stage trailers in the yard.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Operate safely in tight yard and dock areas.
- Communicate with dispatch, yard personnel, and warehouse teams.
- Position and secure trailers for loading and unloading.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
