Job Details
This CDL A driver role is based in Romulus, MI and pays $27 per hour. The assignment uses automatic-transmission equipment with drop-and-hook freight. TransForce provides real support for this two-month flex assignment, including a dedicated team to help you stay on track.
This role requires a Hazmat endorsement.
Pay & Schedule
- $27 per hour
- Estimated weekly gross: $1080
- Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until deliveries are complete
- Flex assignment expected to last approximately 2 months
- Local delivery work based in Romulus, MI
What You'll Be Doing
- Shuttle janitorial supplies and food packaging supplies between various locations.
- Travel between Midland, Westland, Highland Park, Plymouth, and Toledo, Ohio.
- Handle no-touch, drop-and-hook freight using an automatic-transmission tractor.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
