TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations for our client based in Allentown, PA.

CDL B Driver Details

Schedule: 7 day operation, driver will work 4-5 days per week

Pay: $29.38 Per Hour

Route Type: Local

Freight / Load Type: Refrigerated and non-refrigerated beverages and food items

Equipment: Automatic trucks
Handling: Touch Freight - unload with pallet jack and dolly, some by hand

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL B

Experience: 1-2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate class B vehicles on local routes

Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including unloading with palletjack, dolly and some by hand.

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
