CDL B Driver – $27 per Hour – Kansas City, Missouri
About the Position
We are seeking CDL B Drivers for a local opportunity in Kansas City. This is a home-daily position with heavy-touch freight handling.
Pay & Job Details
- Pay: $27 per hour with OT after 40 hours
- Schedule: Local routes with home-daily availability
- Start time between 1- 3 a.m. Drivers are home each day by 3 pm.
- Route type: Local
- Freight handling: Heavy touch
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally on local routes.
- Handle freight using heavy-touch methods as required.
- Complete assigned deliveries and pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct required vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers and site personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL B License
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
