Schedule

Three-day work week to start
Flexible Friday scheduling
Opportunity to expand your schedule over time

Compensation & Benefits

Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) during the first six months
Tiered production model after six months with increased earning potential

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, crowns, and preventive care
Develop comprehensive treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the clinical team to provide outstanding patient experiences

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active California Dental License (or eligibility)
3–5+ years of clinical experience
Strong treatment planning and comprehensive dentistry skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
