Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
- New graduates are not accepted
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Must be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- EMR: Raintree
- HealthStream modules are required as part of pre-placement requirements
