Cost Accountant – Manufacturing

Join a stable manufacturing operation where you’ll own plant-level costing and partner directly with operations. This role drives visibility into materials, labor, and overhead to improve performance and margin.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update standard costs
- Analyze variances and support decision-making
- Lead inventory and production cost reporting
- Support month-end close and reconciliations
- Partner with plant leadership on cost improvements
What you need:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- 3–4+ years of plant/manufacturing accounting (required)
- Standard costing & ERP experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
High-impact role with strong visibility. Open to relocation.
