Hourly Range:
- Without QMAP $17.00 per hour. *The Homestead will get you this certification if you meet the CNA or PCA requirements. Once obtained you will be paid according, as show below.
- C.N.A. with QMAP $19.80 - $24.08 per hour based on work experience.
- PCA with QMAP - $18.73 - $23.01 per hour based on work experience.
- Earn a $1.00 per hour night shift differential.
Schedules: PRN, shift times are 6a-6p or 6p-6a. Days will vary, including weekends.

What You Bring (Requirements)
- QMAP certified required; but can be obtained through VOANS once hired.
- Be eighteen (18) years of age.
- Experience in a Home Health Agency or health care facility strongly preferred.
- CNA or PCA preferred
What You’ll Be Responsible For
The primary role of the PCA/CNA with QMAP is to provide your assigned clients with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by your supervisors. The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the client as they are noted.
- Assists clients with personal care activities.
- Assists with ambulation, transfers and exercise.
- Perform household services essential to health care at home.
- Accurate documentation of cares given and pertinent observations.
- A Home Health Aid may perform delegated medical or nursing and assigned therapy procedures as necessary.
